It is made from thin plastic and features a single cooling guide directed at the transmission. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur solution to creating a direct replacement under tray in 2mm aluminium began with a full 3D scan of the vehicle’s underside to ensure a perfect fitment. We quickly identified the design of the under tray could be dramatically extended to cover a larger area and this huge increase in surface area would create a beneficial aerodynamic improvement. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe air vent was retained but increased in size and additional venting was also added to help create more air flow within the engine bay to further improve cooling.
