After the success of our Focus RS and Yaris GR direct-fitment oil catch can kit, we knew we had to keep developing. Our goal was simple; to design and manufacture\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003euser-friendly\u003c\/b\u003e, easy-to-install kits that require either\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eno\u003c\/b\u003e, or\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003every little\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003emodifications.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Fiesta found its temporary home in our workshop and the front end was carefully dismantled. To ensure a\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eperfect fitment\u003c\/b\u003e, we\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e3D laser scanned\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ethe Fiesta's engine bay and engine components. Utilising the\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eOEM mounting locations\u003c\/b\u003e, we designed and prototyped a mounting bracket before manufacturing the final version out of aluminium. Our mounting brackets are laser cut, precision folded, and powder-coated in Black to result in a\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003estealthy\u003c\/b\u003e, factory-style finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur oil catch set-up\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eseparates\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ethe oil and water residue and prevents the build-up of aerated oil and carbon deposits in the PCV system. Having cleaner air between the engine's crankcase and intake manifold will result in\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003elower hydrocarbon emissions\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eand\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eimproved engine performance\u003c\/b\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDelivered with\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003epre-assembled\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ehigh-flow performance silicone hoses and aluminium fittings, our comprehensive kit has everything required for a\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003estraightforward installation\u003c\/b\u003e, including quick connect\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eOE-style\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003efittings for the crankcase inlet\/outlet. We've added a handy anodised Red dipstick, to check the contaminant levels that are collected in the oil catch can.
