After the success of our Focus RS, Civic Type R and Yaris GR direct-fitment oil cooler kits, we knew we had to keep developing. Our goal was simple; to design and manufacture\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003euser-friendly\u003c\/b\u003e, easy-to-install kits that require either\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eno\u003c\/b\u003e, or\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003every little\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003emodifications.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Fiesta found its temporary home in our workshop and the front end was carefully dismantled. To ensure a\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eperfect fitment\u003c\/b\u003e, we\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e3D laser scanned\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ethe Fiesta's engine bay and engine components. Once an oil cooler bracket was designed using the\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eOEM mounting locations\u003c\/b\u003e, we tested a 3D-printed prototype and then manufactured the final aluminium version. All of our oil cooler brackets are laser cut, precision folded and powdercoated in Black to result in a\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003estealthy\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003efinish. Promoting direct airflow, the\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eSetrab\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eoil cooler was securely mounted behind the top grill, proving as the perfect location for\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eeffective cooling\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eand performance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEvery HEL oil cooler kit features a high-quality,\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003ereliable\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eoil cooler manufactured by\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003eSetrab\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003ein Sweden. Using -10 AN high-flow performance hose to deliver and return oil from the oil cooler, this kit also includes our very own oil filter sandwich plate, which is equipped with a\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003ebuilt-in thermostat\u003c\/b\u003e.
