As a result, it reuses all original mounting points and fixings whilst offering improved strength and protection for the underside of the car.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring research for this product, we discovered that Mini reduced the size of the under tray on the JCW GP3 model, exposing more of the underside of the engine. This was done to help air flow and cooling, so we opted to use the same principle by introducing a large open rear to the under tray.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis actively helps to pull warm air from the back of the radiator, down under the engine and into the low-pressure area of the car below. This effectively creates an increased flow path within the engine bay to transfer heat out, helping to reduce engine running temperatures.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFinished in a high-quality black powder coat finish, the undertray offers improved strength, durability and cooling effectiveness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePLEASE NOTE: \u003c\/strong\u003eThe undertray uses existing mounting points and bolts, but it is essential the original fittings are in good condition. These should only be reused if they still support the bolt properly and you are able to tighten it firmly.
