The Porsche 911 Carrera S and GTS (991 generation) mark a defining evolution in the history of the 911. The 991.1 (2012–2015) remains celebrated for its high-revving naturally aspirated 3.8-litre MA1.03 engine, producing up to 430 PS in the GTS. The subsequent 991.2 (2016–2019) introduced the powerful 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged 9A2 engine, delivering up to 450 PS alongside a massive increase in torque. Available with either a precise 7-speed manual or a rapid 7-speed PDK transmission, both iterations offer a highly focused driving experience.
