Shipping & Returns

Yes, we do accept returns.

We must be made aware via e-mail of your intention to return the products within 14 days of receiving the goods. More information regarding returns and refunds can be found on our Terms & Conditions page. 

We offer free shipping on orders over £150 to UK mainland only. Highlands & Islands and countries outside of the UK are excluded from this offer. 

Maxton Design items (and other large items such as splitters, sideskirts etc.) are excluded from the free shipping policy. 

Most orders are processed next-working day, we may contact you prior to processing your order to confirm lead times, delivery windows or other information. We aim to ship in-stock items within 1-2 working days, with most items being sent on a next day service (UK only, unless otherwise specified). International shipping times depend on the shipping method selected. In most cases, Economy shipping takes 3-5 working days, and Express shipping takes 1-3 working days. 

We will contact you regarding any potential delays, lead times or waiting times on items within 1 working day of placing your order. 

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. You can track your order directly from that e-mail, or use the tracking number through the courier's website. Please ensure you check your Junk/Spam folder, as all tracking e-mails are automated. 

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary dependent on the destination, please refer to Overseas Shipping Policy, in our Terms & Conditions for more information.

With regards to Customs & Duties, yes these are applicable on overseas purchases. If you are purchasing from outside of the United Kingdom the product prices do not show taxes. You will be required to pay customs & duties upon importing the product to your country. The amount payable is calculated on the price of the product. We are unable to estimate customs & duties payments so we highly recommend you research this prior to purchasing. 

Your Order/Payments

Yes we do offer finance. We are partnered with our great friends over at Klarna and Clearpay. Once you've selected your items, proceed through to checkout where you will find all payment options available to you. Check out the Klarna FAQ here

Yes, we are happy to help you change/amend your order in any way you need. Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure we are able to make the necessary changes. 

If you spot one of our products listed cheaper elsewhere, we’re happy to take a look. Wherever possible, we’ll try to match that price so you can shop with confidence.

Are there any limits to which stores you’ll match?

We can’t price match every store. There are some retailers and certain websites we don’t match at all. If you’re unsure, just send us the link and we’ll let you know quickly.

Can I request a price match after I’ve placed my order?

No, price match requests must be made before you place your order with us. We can’t retrospectively adjust prices if you find something cheaper after checkout

Is a price match guaranteed?

Not always. We’ll do our best, but there are occasions where we simply can’t match the price. We’ll always be upfront with you if that’s the case.

What information do you need from me?

To review a price match request, please provide:

  • A direct link to the product on the other website
  • The store must be UK-based, include VAT, and factor in delivery fees
  • We can’t accept custom quotes, PDFs, or screenshots, it has to be a live listing
