Can we contact you on socials?
Yes, we are more than happy for our customers to reach out to us on our socials. Make sure to follow us whilst you are there!

Shipping & Returns and Stock
Yes we do accept returns. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery, and make sure the item is returned within 28 days of receiving it. All returned products must be in re‑saleable condition, unused, and packaged appropriately so they reach us safely.

With over 12,000 products listed, we’d love to keep one of everything on the shelf… but for a small business, that just isn’t realistic. What we can say is this:
- We hold a large amount of popular stock in-house
- Many other items are available within 24–48 hours
- Some products are made to order and carry their own lead times
- And occasionally, popular items sell out before the next batch arrives
If you need something urgently or want to be sure it’s available, just drop us a message before ordering so we can confirm and save you any disappointment.
Most orders are processed next working day. In some cases, we may get in touch before processing your order to confirm lead times, delivery windows, or any other important details you need to know. It is imperative that your contact details are correct, in order to prevent any delays.
For in‑stock items, we aim to ship within 1–2 working days, and most UK orders are sent on a next‑day service (unless otherwise specified). International delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose typically 3–5 working days for Economy and 1–3 working days for Express (on in-stock items)
If there are any delays, lead times, or items on backorder, we’ll contact you within 1 working day of your order being placed. If you are needing an item urgently, or on a specified delivery date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
Please note we’re a small team, but we work hard to keep everything moving quickly and smoothly.
Absolutely. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. You can follow your parcel directly from that email, or by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website.
If you don’t see the email, it’s worth checking your Junk/Spam folder, as all tracking messages are sent automatically from our system.
We’ll always use the contact details you provide at checkout if we need to reach you about your order, so please make sure everything is correct before completing your purchase, this includes your e-mail address, contact number and delivery address.
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary dependent on the destination, please refer to Overseas Shipping Policy, in our Terms & Conditions for more information.
With regards to Customs & Duties, yes these are applicable on overseas purchases. If you are purchasing from outside of the United Kingdom the product prices do not show taxes. You will be required to pay customs & duties upon importing the product to your country.
The amount payable is calculated on the price of the product. We are unable to estimate customs & duties payments so we highly recommend you research this prior to purchasing.
We do offer free delivery for UK mainland customers on orders over £150. For orders below this, our standard shipping rate applies.
There are a few exceptions, for example, Maxton Design products and items that are particularly large or heavy aren’t eligible for free delivery.
For customers outside the UK, we don’t currently offer free delivery. Instead, we provide Economy and Express options depending on your location (some areas only support Express). Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the items in your basket.

Your Order/Payments
Yes we offer finance through Klarna and Clearpay. Simply select either option at checkout and you’ll be taken to their portal to log in and complete your order. We also support ShopPay Instalments, and PayPal offers its own credit and instalment options too.
Your location may affect which payment methods are available to you at checkout, as some providers only operate in certain regions.

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it hasn’t already been processed or dispatched. This grace period exists because your payment hasn’t yet been fully captured, allowing us to refund you in full. After 3 hours, you can still request cancellation, but your refund may include reasonable deductions to cover genuine costs already incurred, such as payment fees, admin time, or postage charges. We’ll always confirm any deduction with you before proceeding, and you can choose full‑value store credit instead if you prefer.
If you’ve ordered the wrong parts or simply changed your mind, we’re here to help. We can amend your order where possible, guide you to the correct parts, or offer store credit. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it under our standard returns policy, provided the items are unused and in resaleable condition. Some items such as custom or special‑order products may not be cancellable or returnable unless faulty.
If you spot one of our products listed cheaper elsewhere, we’re happy to take a look. Wherever possible, we’ll try to match that price so you can shop with confidence.
Are there any limits to which stores you’ll match?
We can’t price match every store. There are some retailers and certain websites we don’t match at all. If you’re unsure, just send us the link and we’ll let you know quickly.
Can I request a price match after I’ve placed my order?
No, price match requests must be made before you place your order with us. We can’t retrospectively adjust prices if you find something cheaper after checkout
Is a price match guaranteed?
Not always. We’ll do our best, but there are occasions where we simply can’t match the price. We’ll always be upfront with you if that’s the case.
What information do you need from me?
To review a price match request, please provide:
- A direct link to the product on the other website
- The store must be UK-based, include VAT, and factor in delivery fees
- We can’t accept custom quotes, PDFs, or screenshots, it has to be a live listing
