Milltek Sport Toyota GR Supra A90 3.0 B58 GPF/Cat-Back Exhaust System

Engineered and manufactured by Milltek Sport, this 70mm (2.76″) gpf-back exhaust has been developed specifically for the Toyota GR Supra. Replacing the factory exhaust from the particulate filter rearwards, it improves exhaust gas flow while delivering a deeper, more refined exhaust tone. Designed using precision manufacturing techniques, the system offers an OEM-quality fit with enhanced performance and everyday usability.

Resonated or Non-Resonated?

Choose the system to suit your driving style:

• Resonated (Quieter): Incorporates a larger rear silencer to minimise cabin drone during motorway driving while producing a deeper, more refined exhaust note that's ideal for daily use.
• Non-Resonated Race (Louder): Fitted with a smaller rear silencer to maximise sound output, delivering a louder, sportier exhaust tone with increased presence throughout the rev range.
  

Valved or Non-Valved?

Milltek offers two valve configurations to match your driving preferences:

• Valved: Reuses the OEM valve motors, so the exhaust note still responds to the car’s drive mode select button. Switch between a quieter cruise and a more vocal spirited driving mode as standard.
• Non-Valved: Removes valve functionality for a constant, uninterrupted exhaust tone. This option requires a valve delete module to prevent fault codes on the ECU.

Which Tailpipe Style?

Milltek offers a choice of premium tailpipes to compliment your car:

• Polished Round: A timeless mirror-polished finish manufactured from high-quality T304 stainless steel for lasting durability and a premium appearance.
• Cerakote Black Round: Finished in a durable ceramic-based black coating, offering a subtle OEM+ look with excellent resistance to heat and corrosion.
• Titanium Round: Lightweight titanium tailpipes provide a distinctive motorsport-inspired finish with heat-treated detailing and reduced overall weight.
  
• Burnt Titanium Round: Crafted titanium with Milltek's signature heat-treated blue and purple finish, reducing overall weight.
  
• Carbon Jet Round: Combining a carbon fibre outer sleeve with a stainless steel inner, the Carbon Jet tailpipes provide a distinctive, high-performance finish.

How Does It Improve Your GR Supra?

Manufactured from aerospace grade T304 stainless steel, the Milltek Sport system features mandrel bent pipework that maintains a consistent internal diameter throughout every bend. This allows exhaust gases to flow more efficiently, helping improve throttle response and reducing back pressure compared to the restrictive factory system. The lightweight construction also offers a modest weight saving while providing exceptional resistance to corrosion for year round driving.

Although GPF equipped vehicles naturally limit outright power gains from an exhaust upgrade alone, fitting a Milltek Sport GPF-Back system transforms the driving experience with a richer exhaust note, improved engine response and a more engaging character. When combined with supporting modifications and ECU calibration, further performance improvements can be achieved.
