Scorpion BMW M5 F10 Rear Silencer Exhaust System
Designed and manufactured by Scorpion’s experienced engineering team, these 80mm (2.75″) rear silencers are tailored specifically for the BMW M5 F10. By replacing the standard exhaust pipework from the mid pipe backwards, it optimises exhaust gas flow and enhances the exhaust note for a more involving driving experience, all while maintaining a clean, OE-style fit and finish.
Which Tailpipe Style?
Three tip options are available to suit your build:
- Polished Daytona: The classic Scorpion slash cut design in premium T304 stainless steel, hand polished for a long lasting, mirror like shine.
- Ceramic Black Daytona: The same classic slash cut profile finished in a specialist matte black ceramic coating for a stealthy appearance and excellent heat resistance.
- Carbon Fibre Ascari: A premium two piece floating design with a matte carbon fibre outer and brushed stainless inner sleeve, which keeps hot gases from damaging the carbon weave.
How Does It Improve Your M5 F10?
The acoustically tuned silencers feature Scorpion’s unique internals, paired with precision CNC mandrel bent pipework. Mandrel bending keeps the pipe’s internal diameter consistent through every bend, which helps gases leave the engine more efficiently. The result is improved exhaust flow, sharper throttle response, and a small reduction in kerb weight thanks to the full T304 lightweight stainless steel construction. Built to withstand year round UK conditions, all Scorpion systems are designed for long term durability and feature a lifetime warranty*.
While power gains on turbocharged cars are typically modest, owners can expect a clearer, more characterful exhaust note and a more responsive feel under acceleration. Of course when combining with other modifications and a remap gains can be much greater.
