As part of our expanding BMW platform product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our X4M front mount induction kit suitable for fast road or track use.
Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, we’ve created a comprehensive front mount induction kit solution for the X4M that requires no modification to fit, is completely reversible if required and retains the original engine cover/air box lid to ensure it still looks correct under the bonnet. The kit requires no specialist fitting and comes with full fitting instructions.
Featuring two 80mm AIRTEC Motorsport cotton air filters mounted directly behind the kidney grilles for constant cold air flow, matched with 80mm pipework throughout, restrictions are removed from the intake system and the result is noticeably improved power and throttle response, as these front mount configurations have been proven to make up to 20bhp gains.
The other massive improvement is the soundtrack, as this intake completely changes the noise of the car even at idle, plus the filters look great behind the grilles.
The induction pipework mounts uses three supporting brackets to ensure a good, solid fitment and is finished in high-quality black powder coat. The comprehensive kit also comes complete with all the correct fixtures and fittings, as well as detailed installation instructions.
