A simple like-for-like fitment, it replaces the restrictive factory plastic bellows pipe between the airbox and intake backpipe. Removing that standard pipe's restrictive, turbulent airflow path delivers a worthwhile gain on an engine already extracting over 300bhp from the B48A20T1.

The large diameter, smooth-flowing hose is constructed from high quality silicone, with reinforced elements embedded in critical areas to provide rigidity and resist deformation under load or heat.

Because the engine can move considerably under load, particularly at the GP3 and M135i's output level, the hose is engineered with just enough compliance to accommodate that movement without placing stress on the intake or backpipe connections.

Fully compatible with the OE airbox and elbow, or with the MMX resonator delete pipe for those looking to build a complete induction upgrade. Supplied in a deep gloss black finish, it retains a stepped inlet and outlet to maintain a constant bore with smooth transitions, promoting maximum airflow.

Installation takes around 10 minutes using just hand tools, and the hose can be removed and returned to standard at any time.
