The 09D Turbo Pro Heat Jacket is a purpose-built thermal barrier designed to wrap securely around our HVF Rear Crossover Pipe (part number FEN008AA) for the Ford Fiesta ST. Positioned directly above the turbo manifold, the crossover pipe is particularly vulnerable to heat soak, which can lead to elevated intake air temperatures and reduced performance. This heat jacket provides a highly effective solution by significantly reducing radiant heat transfer, helping to lower intake temps and maintain consistent power delivery.
Manufactured from the same high-performance basalt (lava rock) fibre used in our proven exhaust wrap, this jacket offers exceptional heat resistance, withstanding up to 980°C continuously and 1300°C intermittently. The flexible construction allows for a precise fit over the pipe while maintaining durability in extreme conditions.
