ABT Sportsline is celebrating its 130th anniversary in style. After the RS6‑LE 800 set the tone earlier this year, the new ABT RS3 630 arrives as the second instalment in the anniversary trilogy, and it’s arguably the most exciting of the lot. Limited to only 30 units worldwide, this compact weapon showcases everything ABT has learned about extracting huge performance from Audi’s legendary 5-pot engine.

At the heart of the RS3 630 is ABT’s POWER R upgrade, lifting the 2.5 TFSI to around 630 PS and 700 Nm. This isn’t just a map, it’s a full technical package built around a larger turbocharger, uprated intercooler and ABT’s Indirect Water/Ethanol Injection (IWI) system.
The IWI setup injects a precisely metered water ethanol mixture ahead of the throttle valves, cooling the intake charge and allowing the engine to sustain maximum output for longer periods without pulling timing or reducing boost. With Audi’s five cylinder reportedly nearing the end of its production life, ABT has effectively given it a final, fitting send off by unlocking its full potential. Drivers can activate the IWI system directly through the myABT app, which integrates with Apple CarPlay for easy control through the car’s infotainment screen.
Aggressive Looks, Anniversary Details
Visually, the RS3 630 stands out immediately. A gloss black carbon fibre aero package sharpens the front end with a new spoiler and blades carrying the RS3 630 logo. At the rear, a matching carbon insert and matte black quad tips (95 mm each) complete the look.
The car sits on 20" ABT HR20 forged wheels finished in satin gold which is a nod to the golden anniversary theme running through all three special editions, giving this mean machine the stance it deserves. Inside, ABT has added bespoke upholstery, RS3 630 branded mats, illuminated door sills and a “1 of 30” dashboard placque. It feels special the moment you open the door.
Suspension Built for Real Performance
To make sure the extra power translates into real world pace, ABT fits a fully adjustable coilover suspension package with custom compression and rebound settings. Combined with uprated anti‑roll bars, the RS3 630 promises sharper turn in, reduced body roll and a more connected feel without sacrificing everyday usability.
Pricing & Availability
The RS3 630 package is priced at €58,000 including VAT, plus €9,500 for installation and TÜV certification. Sales begin in July 2026, and with only 30 cars being built, demand will be fierce.
