ZERONINE Design HVF Carbon Induction Kit - Ford Focus ST Mk4 (Manual)

The ZERONINE Design carbon induction kit for Mk4/Mk4.5 Focus ST and Focus ST-line 1.5-litre model features a beautifully engineered HVF (High Volume Flow) carbon fibre air filter housing, which thanks to its natural heat-resistant properties and combined with the supplied dual-entry air filter, provides virtually un-compromised airflow to your 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine.

This kit includes an enlarged 73.5mm bore matt-finish carbon fibre air filter assembly that evenly distributes cold air being drawn in from the dual-entry air filter and factory front air feed, as well as acting as a thermal barrier, shielding the filter from unwanted engine bay heat.

In addition to the front feed, this kit also includes a lower air-feed hose which mounts to a cold air entry point in the bottom of the heat shield and picks up an additional cold air feed from a low-pressure area behind the bumper.

Engineered to deliver the ultimate open-cone solution for owners wanting maximum performance, an engineered acoustic output and unrivalled aesthetic improvements.

Suitable for vehicles at all stages of tune from standard power output to 400PS+ / 560Nm+.

Note: as carbon fibre is a man-made manufacturing process, small differences in the finish of parts is considered completely normal. 

The ZERONINE Design carbon fibre assembly is fully rubber mounted to provide compliance to the native engine movement, preventing unwanted interference or rubbing.It's also supplied with a carbon air feed, a lower air feed hose to ensure maximum cold air in and out of the filter housing, with minimal pressure drop.
