This Privacy Policy explains how we, JXL Peformance Ltd, collect, use and share your data when you visit, or make a purchase from www.jxlperformance.co.uk from hereon referred to as "the site".

We use the order information that is collated generally to fulfill any orders placed through the site, including processing your payment information, arranging shipments, and providing invoices and/or confirmations of orders. In addition to this, we use this order information to:

Please note we do not alter the sites' data collection method and/or uses when we see a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser.

Data retention:

If you place an order through the site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless otherwise asked to delete, or change this information.

The Privacy Policy may change from time to time to reflect any changes in legsilation, changes to our practise, or for any other legal or operationally based requirements.
