Cobra Sport Exhaust systems are hand made to order in the UK, once manufacturing has begun the order is no longer eligible for cancellation. With this in mind, typical delivery times for Cobra Sport Exhaust systems are 7-10 working days.

Hyundai i30N (2019-2021)

Cobra Sport performance exhausts enhance the sound, looks and quality of your vehicle giving you the ultimate driving experience. Our sports exhausts range is fully guaranteed to give you assurance of our quality.

This Hyundai i30N Performance GPF Bypass is made in 3" (76mm) pipework and fit from the Front Flexi section to the GPF-back exhaust, and can be used with the OE system or our Cobra Sport performance exhaust. 

This performance part offers improvement in terms of exhaust tone, bass and sound level, and has been designed to be an easy upgrade for your i30N.

Please Note:

This system is for the (GPF/PPF) hatchback models only. 

Test Results:

Stock:
Sound - 'ECO' Engine at Idle: 70dB          - Static 4,000rpm test: 88.8dB 
            - 'SPORT' Engine at Idle: 72.8dB  - Static 4,000rpm test: 90.5dB
Weight - 3.82kg

Stock System with Cobra GPF Delete:
Sound - 'ECO' Engine at Idle: 74dB (+4dB) - Static 4,000rpm test: 89.5dB (+0.7dB)
          - 'SPORT' Engine at Idle: 75.3dB (+2.5dB) - Static 4,000rpm test: 95dB (+4.5dB)
Weight - 1.87kg (-1.95kg)

IMPORTANT: This exhaust removes the PPF filter and may require engine tuning at time of fitment to cancel the EML light.

Fitment is for motorsport and off road use only as this system removes the PPF filter.

All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.

EML lights may activate after removing the standard O/E catalyst. An ECU Re-map is recommended to correct this problem and stabilise all power increases.
