Genuine BMW UK parts are a direct replacement for the parts fitted to your car from factory, ensuring a perfect fit first time with zero modifications. 

The clutch in the manual M135i/M235i is OK from factory, however when the time comes to replace it, BMW went one better with the 550i clutch with a stronger pressure plate and therefore capable of handling a higher torque level.
