Audi TTRS 8S GPF (2019-2023)

Engineered and manufactured by Milltek Sport, this 76.2mm (3″) downpipe exhaust has been developed specifically for the Audi TTRS 8S. Replacing the factory exhaust downpipe, it improves exhaust gas flow from your turbocharged engine. Designed using precision manufacturing techniques, the system offers an OEM-quality fit with enhanced performance and everyday usability.

Sports Cat or De-Cat?

Milltek offers a choice of downpipes to match your driving preferences:

Sports Cat: Uses a low restriction catalyst to increase exhaust flow, delivering greater power potential and a more aggressive exhaust note.
De-Cat: Maximises exhaust flow and volume with a straight through section. This is intended for off-road use only.

How Does It Improve Your TTRS 8S?

A downpipe upgrade improves your car by reducing exhaust back pressure at the turbo outlet, allowing the turbocharger to spool faster and operate more efficiently. This results in noticeable gains in horsepower and torque, sharper throttle response, and improved mid range pull, especially when combined with ECU tuning.

In addition, a high flow sports cat or de-cat downpipe enhances exhaust sound, delivering a deeper, more aggressive tone under load while reducing heat retention in the turbo system. On tuned setups, it also helps maintain more stable boost and exhaust gas temperatures, supporting safer and more consistent performance under hard driving.
