BMW 128ti F40 (2020-2024)

Engineered and manufactured by Milltek Sport, this 76.2mm (3″) GPF delete exhaust system has been developed specifically for the BMW 128ti F40. Replacing the standard exhaust particulate filter, it optimises exhaust gas flow from your turbocharged engine for a more involving driving experience, the system offers an OEM-quality fit with enhanced performance and everyday usability. This is intended for off-road use only.

How Does It Improve Your 128ti F40?

A GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) delete reduces exhaust back pressure, which allows your turbocharged engine to breathe more freely. With the restrictive filter removed, exhaust gases exit the turbo more efficiently, improving throttle response and helping the turbo spool slightly faster, benefits that become more noticeable on tuned vehicles.

From a performance standpoint, gains on a standard car are modest, but when paired with an ECU remap, a GPF delete can unlock more consistent power delivery and support higher boost targets. Acoustically, the exhaust note becomes louder and more aggressive, with increased turbo noise and sharper overrun characteristics, as the GPF normally suppresses much of the sound and high frequency detail.
